What counts as a seat?
A seat is any user who can create tasks, generate permits, or access the dashboard. Workers who only receive a sign-on link via mobile do not need a seat — they can review and sign the SWMS for free.
How does per-seat pricing work above the base?
Each plan includes a base number of seats. Additional seats are billed at a flat monthly rate — $49/seat on Starter, $45/seat on Professional, $42/seat on Scale. Annual plans get a further 20% discount on extra seats.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrade anytime — changes take effect immediately and are pro-rated to your billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal date.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits or government bodies?
Yes — contact our sales team. We offer special pricing for registered not-for-profits, local councils, and state government agencies.
Is my data stored in Australia?
Yes. All data for Australian customers is stored on servers in Australia. Our Enterprise plan includes an option for dedicated data residency with written confirmation for procurement teams.
Does the AI replace a safety professional?
No — and we're clear about that. AxionSite AI assists with document generation aligned to WHS Regulation 2011. Every AI-generated document must be reviewed and signed off by a competent person. The PCBU retains full legal responsibility.
