This is a lightweight contractor submission link workflow — not a full subcontractor portal or a HammerTech-style system. AxionSite records sign-ons against the approved SWMS; it does not author or legally verify the contractor's content.
Dashboard invites still work for internal staff and partners who need ongoing access. QR sign-on is the required evidence path for an approved SWMS — host admins keep a manual roster override for genuine exceptions.
