Terms of Service — US Addendum

The US product provides AI-assisted job hazard analysis (JHA) and job safety analysis (JSA) drafting, supervisor or competent-person approval records, toolbox talks, QR crew acknowledgment, PDF export, and audit trails for construction and industrial field teams. Feature availability depends on your subscription plan.

AxionSite references OSHA-aligned structure and common US construction practice to help teams document pre-task planning. We do not guarantee compliance with OSHA, state-plan requirements (including Cal/OSHA), municipal rules, client specifications, or EM 385-1-1 unless explicitly stated in writing. You must verify controls against your jobsite, contract, and applicable law.

Crew acknowledgment captures that a worker reviewed the issued pack. It is separate from supervisor or competent-person approval. Worker sign-off does not replace employer obligations to provide training, supervision, and hazard controls under applicable law.

US plans are priced in USD and billed through Stripe. Trial, renewal, and cancellation terms shown at checkout and in your dashboard billing settings apply. Admin seats and pack quotas are defined on the US pricing page at the time of purchase.

For organizations whose primary use of AxionSite is the US JHA/JSA product purchased through the US site, disputes arising from this addendum are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia (consistent with our global Terms), without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory US consumer protection law in your state requires otherwise. Nothing in this addendum limits non-waivable rights you may have under applicable US law.
