Privacy Policy — US Addendum

The US addendum covers visitors and customers who access AxionSite marketing pages under /us, create accounts for the US JHA/JSA workflow, or submit crew acknowledgment records through US safety packs. It does not replace applicable Australian privacy law for Australian customers using the main site.

In addition to account and billing data described in the global policy, US workflows may process job-site context you enter for JHA/JSA generation, supervisor approval records, toolbox talk content, and crew acknowledgment details (such as name, role, and signature attestation). We use this to provide the service, maintain audit trails, and support your organization's safety documentation — not for unrelated advertising profiling.

Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights to know what personal information we collect, request access or deletion (subject to legal exceptions), and opt out of certain processing such as "sale" or "sharing" as defined by applicable state law. Primary production data for AxionSite is hosted with infrastructure providers selected for security and reliability. Some subprocessors may process data in the United States or other countries. We use contractual and technical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of workplace safety and account data. See our Security page for an overview.

AxionSite is a business-to-business workplace safety platform. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
